Takara and Reiji Skill Card Animation

We’re revealing Takara and Reiji’s skill card animations! I really love Takara’s animation as it really shows off her quirky personality in such a short animation. I can’t wait to show more new animations in future dev logs!

Bonus Scenes

Beginning with Episode 2, we’re going to be adding unique Bonus Scenes with special requirements! Finding these will result in some fun additional character moments, usually with a quirky context. We wanted to share a peek at one of these you’ll be able to discover, so here is the CG for the “Waitress Uniform” scene!

Be careful in this place, the outfits are cute, but they’ve got a cherry pie there that’ll kill ya.

Summer Fan Art Contest

We’re also excited to announce the return of our annual Summer Fan Art Contest! We’d love to see your take on the Kumitantei cast beating the heat, and you could even win a free Nyanus plushie from it! Details below:

Interview with Ryan Gaiser

Ryan Gaiser voiced Hiroshi Okabe in Kumitantei and they gave a deep dive with YouTuber Nuc on what it’s like to voice everyone’s favorite comedian, some behind the scenes, and what it’s like navigating the voice acting profession. I would strongly recommend checking this out, some really great stuff for all our hopeful actors Kumitantei classmates.

Community Corner

Annnnnnd it’s time again for my favorite section of the dev log! I love seeing fan art of the game and I really wish I could share more art made by the community. Let’s start off with some fanart crossing over Kumitantei and No, I’m not a human.

Airframe Ultra | Megacity Open Weekend

Last weekend, we opened up the servers for the community to race, fight, and prove who the best airframe ultra racer is. If there is one thing that I learned from the weekend, it is that I am not the best airframe ultra racer. I got my airframe kicked and my helmet beaten in.

We did a couple streams during the weekend event where we revealed some new things that were never before seen being developed in Airframe Ultra. You can watch the stream here!

If you would like to keep up with the Airframe Ultra news, then I would strongly recommend joining the Airframe Ultra Discord where we do all of our announcements. Like maaaaaybe another beta coming in the future?
